Food, Nutrition & Basic Skills

Health & Wellness is excited to announce that we are the new home department of the Food, Nutrition & Basic Skills (FNBS) program! Join us and our partners in learning how to cook and meal-prep, stretch your dollar while grocery shopping and take care of your body while developing your relationship with the environment around you. You'll also have the opportunity to taste delicious, affordable meals and practice your hands-on cooking skills.

Are you interested in chefing it up? This free (6-week) hands-on cooking series teaches beginners the tools to be successful and safe in the kitchen! Meet new friends, enjoy healthy meals, and learn to cook nutritiously on a budget.
