Health & Wellness is excited to announce that we are the new home department of the Food, Nutrition & Basic Skills (FNBS) program! Join us and our partners in learning how to cook and meal-prep, stretch your dollar while grocery shopping and take care of your body while developing your relationship with the environment around you. You'll also have the opportunity to taste delicious, affordable meals and practice your hands-on cooking skills.


Thanks to a generous gift from the Bragg Health Institute, the Why The Fruit? (WTF) campaign allows Health & Wellness to provide fresh, local and organic fruit to partners campus-wide. Visit one of our 13 locations where you can pick up a free piece of organic fruit every Monday.

With the holidays approaching, it's common to be concerned about eating too much. Join Student Health dietitians for a catered workshop focused on the best ways to enjoy the feast, family, and festivities in a way that honors the food.
