For many students, college is the first time that providing daily meals for themselves has been a concern. Food, Nutrition, and Basic Skills is a workshop series aimed at helping students shop and budget for food sustainably, as well as cook healthy meals. Workshops and food demonstrations focus on kitchen skills, nutrition facts, sustainable food supplies, shopping on a budget and much more!

Why The Fruit (WTF?)
Thanks to a generous gift from the Bragg Health Institute & The Adelle Davis Foundation, Health & Wellness interns deliver FREE, fresh, and organic fruit to 17 campus locations on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. This free fruit is available to all students. Visit the map on our homepage to find all fruit bowl locations.

Food Bank Bananas
Every week, Health & Wellness delivers three cases of bananas to the Food Bank to provide students easier access to healthy and nutritious snacks
