Mindfulness Meditation with the Stress Expert

Mindfulness Based Meditation is a non-religious type of meditation that has over 20 years of scientific research showing positive effects on both physical and mental health, including: depression, anxiety, stress, migraines, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, even acne! Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction meditation was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. Currently there is brain research ongoing that is showing positive effects of MBSR meditation on both brain function and size. Come check it out and see what it's about! We start on time, but stay afterwards to answer any questions you may have. All levels are welcome.
