Paid H&W Interns
are responsible for producing positive, proactive, and evidence-based Health & Wellness messages and activities in the UCSB community. It is highly recommended that intern applicants be active H&W Advocate Program Members working toward Advocate Certification. Interns are required to commit an average of 15 hours per week to the internship.

H&W Advocate Meetings are held every Wednesday from 7-9pm in Building 434 Room 147 (brown annex adjacent to South Hall across from Storke Tower). Meetings include health promotion training, resume-building opportunities, social connection, and free healthy snacks. Regardless of level of experience, topic of interest, or major, all students are welcome to participate on a drop-in or long term basis.
